D.L. Evans Bank is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and train staff in a busy Utah branch.

You will supervise tellers and new accounts staff, build customer relationships, and drive business development while promoting the bank's services and security standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance coaching, risk management, and representing the bank in the community to enhance growth and trust.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred from a two-year college or technical school.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail banking operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures customer requests and questions are promptly resolved.
• Establishes professional relationships with customers and trade professionals.
• Keeps informed about lending standards and legal requirements.
• Ensures staff are well trained in all job phases.
• Directly supervises branch personnel to maintain high quality work and efficiency.
• Counsels customers regarding financial needs and services requested.
• Ensures branch operations comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Markets and cross-sells other bank products and services.
