D.L. Evans Bank seeks an experienced Retail Branch Manager in Logan, UT to lead branch operations and drive growth. You will coach staff, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with product partners to expand services.

Responsibilities include implementing marketing plans, supervising sales and operations staff, and ensuring robust compliance and service standards while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six years of banking retail operations/management experience required.
• Understanding of bank policies, regulations, and consumer lending docs.
• Proven track record in community involvement and business development.
• Strong interviewing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiencies with financial calculators and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and coach team to meet budget goals and customer needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract customers.
• Build relationships with internal partners and community stakeholders.
• Oversee loan activities and cross-sell bank services.
• Maintain staffing levels and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliant, efficient branch operations and audits.
