Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive branch banking or branch operations experience.
• Experience as Teller, Head Teller, Universal Banker, New Accounts Representative, or similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a credit and background check.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience leading branch operations or supervisory teams within a financial institution.

• Lead Branch Operations: oversee daily branch operations and employee workflows.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance; foster audit-ready culture.
