D.L. Evans Bank, a longtime community bank, seeks an Operations Support Specialist to support branch and administrative staff with savings, checking, CDs, IRAs, and related processes.

You will resolve questions promptly while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring accurate records. Responsibilities include processing legal orders, monitoring dormant accounts, handling password resets for multiple systems, and assisting with audits and training checklists.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Good understanding of financial services and products preferred.
• Banking experience or knowledge of bank operations and regulations preferred.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to operate related computer applications and business equipment, including 10-key and telephone.
• Able to accommodate and get along well with coworkers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and processes all legal orders received by the department or branches, including verification of ownership and notification as appropriate; monitoring daily activities and funds release.
• Monitors dormant accounts and reviews daily file maintenance.
• Receives and responds to calls from branch personnel regarding teller, new accounts, and operations functions.
• Resets passwords for programs such as Citrix, Loomis, Efunds, Test Bank, Branch Capture, Wire Exchange, and others.
• Reviews FIS/eFunds daily reports and monitors for Chexsystems hits, identity theft, and OFAC alerts.
• Assists with Reg E Monitoring and branch follow up.
• Assists with compiling and tracking audit reports and training checklists.
• Serves as a backup to Monitor and daily resolution of items not processed through new accounts imaging.
• Backs up for setting up retail branch personnel with user names and passwords for operations systems.
