ACU in DuPont, WA is seeking a friendly Member Contact Center Representative to help members with account inquiries, funds transfers, and loan questions over the phone and online. You will provide loan status & payoff info, issue history and statement copies, and set up electronic services.

The role emphasizes prompt, professional service, cross-selling, and teamwork. Shift hours Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays; pay range $20.88–$26.39 per hour, plus extensive benefits and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Pleasant and professional phone manner and service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work long hours on the phone.
• Computer literacy and strong written and oral communication.
• Familiarity with 10-Key and typing 35 wpm.
• Strong interpersonal, member service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries, transfers, and stop payments by phone and online.
• Provide loan status, payments, and payoff information.
• Provide history and statement copies.
• Set members up for electronic services.
• Deliver prompt, professional, courteous service using the phone system.
• Cross-sell products or refer to sales staff to expand relationships.
• Be a proactive member of the team.
