Interns contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and present a final project to QXO leaders.

Locations are across the United States, with opportunities in Roofing, Lumber, Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, service, inventory and logistics.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to understand customers and products.
• Take ownership of assigned work and apply data to improve processes.
