Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's JP Morgan Advisors is seeking a Branch Operations Support Associate to help Financial Advisor teams run efficient branch operations, onboard new clients smoothly, and resolve client issues quickly. Reporting to the Branch Operations Director, you will own critical operational processes and partner with Corporate and Investment Bank operations to deliver timely updates to advisor teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in financial services.
• Experience with product groups and brokerage operations.
• Understanding of brokerage business and interfacing with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding of Financial Advisors and new clients.
• Lead resolution of escalated operational issues.
• Communicate potential operations issues to advisor teams.
• Execute and own assigned projects and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates to manager and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CIB operation teams for process improvements.
• Support efficiency initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
