Job summary

Reporting to the Branch Operations Director, you will execute critical processes and collaborate with Corporate and Investment Bank operations teams to provide timely updates to advisor teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in financial services.
• Experience with product groups and brokerage business.
• Experience interfacing with operational teams, client associates, and Financial Advisors.
• Familiarity with brokerage operations or systems.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a control-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excel proficiency.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Series 7 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide Financial Advisor and new client onboarding processes.
• Lead resolution of escalated operational issues.
• Communicate with advisor teams about potential operations issues.
• Execute and own assigned projects.
• Provide regular progress updates to the manager.
• Collaborate with CIB operation teams for process improvements.
• Support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Utilize strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
