Job summary

Everforth Apex in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Branch Specialist to support teller-line operations and deliver exceptional member service in a high-volume branch. You will process cash transactions, verify identities, detect potential fraud, and explain banking products while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

This onsite role requires strong multitasking, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Experience with cash-handling in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule.
Proficiency with computers and banking software.
Ability to multi-task in a customer-facing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured operation.
Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, and cards.
Protect and verify member identities and review account information for issues.
Detect patterns of activity indicating potential fraud or abuse.
Demonstrate proficiency in systems and engagement techniques for accuracy.
Identify and recommend additional products and services to members.
Maintain policies compliance and positive member interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
