Job summary

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Branch Support Specialist in Paradise to deliver high-quality operational support to the branch network. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include balancing cash, processing correspondence, monitoring reports, and supporting with system testing and training initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years of direct experience in a financial institution.
• Experience with Jack Henry systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational policies and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform day two balancing and reconciliation of cash and transaction activity.
• Monitor daily operational reports and general ledger activity.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely guidance to branch personnel.
• Coordinate branch cash orders and support process improvements.
• Review new accounts for completeness of required documentation.
