Job summary

Rexel USA in Oklahoma City seeks a Branch Coordinator to support back-office operations, handle payments, returns, and credits, and assist with billing and inventory. You will help maintain branch expenses, supplies, and safety standards while ensuring top customer service.

The role may fill in for other branch and warehouse duties and requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Branch Manager by performing daily tasks related to back-office operations.
• Ensure a positive customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations and quality standards.
• Process customer payments and resolve discrepancies, invoices, credits, and disputes.
• May be involved in direct or project billing and handling returns/credits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including facilities maintenance, safety, and fleet maintenance.
• Assist with branch expenses and ordering office supplies for events.
• Prepare for annual inventory, cycle counts, and bin location maintenance.
• Deliver bank deposits and manage the branch cash box.
• May manage vendor orders/returns and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Participate in special projects and reports as requested by the Branch Manager.
