Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of credit union or bank retail banking experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience in a credit union or bank preferred.
• Teller, personal banking, escalation management, and vault management.
• Bondable.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
• Oversees and ensures excellence in banking services and customer interactions.
• Reviews staffing procedures and staff assignments for reasonableness.
• Coordinates communication to the branch staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements and ethical practices.
• Open new member deposit accounts and manage lending activity; refer and follow up on leads.
