Columbia Bank in Klamath Falls, OR seeks an ABM to supervise Tellers, process transactions, and drive Breakthrough Client Service while supporting Branch Manager.

You will develop client relationships, cross-sell banking services, and lead the personal banking team. This role requires banking experience, leadership, and a commitment to accuracy, with onsite work and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail banking experience.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of consumer and small business lending origination experience.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.
• Ability to grow sales via relationships and solutions.
• Strong leadership in difficult conversations.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch meets operations standards and audits.
• Monitor sales goals and coach team to deepen client relationships.
• Develop long-term relationships with consumers and businesses and provide proactive solutions.
• Act as back up to personal banking team for accounts and loan requests.
• Lead and train Tellers; oversee personal bankers with Branch Manager.
• Oversee branch tasks: opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, wires, collections, stop payments, controls.
