Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager/ABM in Templeton, CA, to work closely with the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and service excellence. You will supervise Tellers, process transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell financial products while ensuring audit standards and daily operational discipline.

You will lead with Breakthrough Client Service, develop community relationships, and mentor staff to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Tellers and personal bankers.
• Process transactions and open new accounts.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer to other departments.
• Coach staff to deepen customer relationships and meet sales goals.
