Job summary

Columbia Bank in Templeton, CA is seeking an ABM/branch supervisor who collaborates with the Branch Manager to ensure day-to-day operational excellence, supervises tellers, processes transactions, and drives Breakthrough Client Service.

You will develop client relationships, cross-sell services, coach staff, and oversee opening of new accounts and loans with credit information gathered, while maintaining audit readiness and branch controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer and small business lending origination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and open/close branch activities.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer to other departments.
