Job summary

Columbia Bank in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking an ABM to partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and client service excellence. You will supervise Tellers, process daily transactions, open new accounts, and assist with loan requests while coaching staff to deepen customer relationships.

The role requires retail banking experience, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of banking systems. Onsite position with a competitive hourly pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales by developing long-lasting relationships with clients and offering customized solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• supervise and lead Tellers; back up to personal banking team to open new accounts and process loan requests.
• conduct transactions, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers, and collections; manage branch controls.
• develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers and businesses in local community; provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions.
• coach team members to deepen customer relationships using client and business financial reviews.
• participate in the Branch Manager’s goal attainment and ensure operational excellence and audit readiness.
