Job summary

Moove in Kingsport, TN seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee all operations personnel and maintain facility health, safety, and performance metrics. You will ensure compliance with company policies and standards, compile metrics, and support training sessions as needed.

The role requires coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff, monitoring inventory quality, and enforcing safety and regulatory guidelines across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports and present information.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coach the performance of the facility and facility personnel, including operating expenses and personnel productivity.
• Responsible for the receipt, storage, quality control, and reconciliation of all inventory for the facility.
• Process paperwork and forward data to the appropriate internal associates.
• Report truck and vehicle maintenance issues to the Fleet Supervisor and assist with upkeep and repair of equipment.
• Implement policies and procedures, and compile performance metrics for the facility including incident logs and reports.
• Make deliveries in a non-CDL pickup truck from time to time.
• Service failures (backorders, on-time delivery, loading or receiving errors).
• Warehouse and Driver performance including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
