Southern States Material Handling is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch functions and personnel, driving high-quality service and competitive costs. You will supervise multiple managers and stay focused on customer satisfaction while maintaining profitable branch operations.

You will lead service, parts, rental, and sales, implement process improvements, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience in service-related industry required.
• 2-5 years of experience in material handling preferred.
• 5+ years management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all daily branch operations for a Material Handling solutions location including Service, Parts, Rental, and Sales.
• Maintain branch profitability and financial performance with direct responsibility for P&L of Service, Parts, and Rental.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, implementing process improvements, and maximizing branch productivity.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality support and resolving concerns effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and feedback to associates while fostering a collaborative high-performing team.
• Lead workforce management activities including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and termination decisions.
