Job summary

National Trench Safety is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the branch, directing the delivery of quality service and maximizing productivity in logistics. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, world-class customer service, and compliance with standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Reviews and analyzes business performance using plan data and recommends decisions to address operational opportunities.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching staff and front-line personnel.
• Optimize core processes and influence client relationships and business opportunities.
• Manages and fosters effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Ensures daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Performance management of direct staff, including Inside Sales Reps and Drivers.
• Assist Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies.
• May fill in during the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Oversees rental operations and daily paperwork flow.
• Communicates with sales regarding jobs, quotes, problems.
• Oversees maintenance and/or repair of company vehicles.
• Ensure Safety training & protocols are followed.
• Available 24-hour for customer needs and facility security.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
