Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
• Provide accurate product and basic technical information; learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders; maintain accurate documentation, item locations, and required paperwork (including invoicing as applicable).
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory levels, supplier availability, and production schedules.
• Perform outbound follow-ups with customers via phone/email as needed.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; stock them to proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and distribute product to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner as required.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; utilize applicable tools and machines; perform quality checks on assemblies before release.
• Package, label, shrink wrap, stage, and ship orders using approved methods; ensure shipments are accurate and secure.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts; administer quality control to prevent damaged products from being received or shipped.
• Make local pickups and deliveries as assigned; communicate positively with customers, delivery personnel, and team members to ensure smooth flow of orders.
• Complete required safety and equipment training; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed and in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; comply with and enforce company rules, safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
