Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active securities licenses required: Series 7, Series 9/10, Series 66 or 63/65.
• Other licenses may be required by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and compliance.
• Mentor and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Oversee onboarding, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, travel, and client inquiries per firm policies.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and branch culture.
