Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch team and meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead branch team to provide members with Navy Federal products and services.
• Monitor cash operations and self-auditing to protect assets.
• Manage staff for vault procedures, opening/closing and balancing.
• Participate in local marketing and member engagement activities.
• Recruit, onboard and train branch staff; support budgeting and expense tracking.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, timeliness, and performance reviews.
• Guide staff development and cross-sell of Navy Federal products.
• Analyze reports to optimize branch performance and customer experience.
