Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Georgia, ensuring efficient service and adherence to policies. You will supervise staff, safeguard assets, and drive branch performance through effective leadership and collaboration with other teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications

• Scorecard criteria defined by Branch Operations Governance or equivalent external experience.
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing consumer lending, credit cards, mortgages and savings/checking.
• Familiarity with multiple financial products including mortgages, credit cards and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead branch team to provide members with Navy Federal products and services.
• Monitor cash operations and conduct self-audits to safeguard assets.
• Manage vault opening, closing and balancing procedures.
• Participate in marketing, events and community outreach.
• Recruit, onboard and train team members.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing and records retention.
• Develop staff in technical, leadership and soft skills.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety and HR policies and procedures.
• Perform supervisory duties and provide input for annual financial planning.
