Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in grade level 77 (or higher) or applicable external experience.
• Scorecard criteria requirements as defined by Branch Operations Governance or applicable external experience.
• Significant experience in leading and managing in diverse and complex operational environments.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable federal regulations governing consumer lending & accounts.
• Experience in managing cash, ATMs, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct and motivate the branch team to provide members the full range of Navy Federal Credit Union products and services.
• Lead cash operations and branch self-auditing efforts to keep assets secure.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and training of team members.
• Administer budget, purchasing, and records retention for business expenses.
• Lead community outreach and promotional activities to grow membership.
