Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Banking Center staff, 2–10 employees, and guide daily operations.
• Oversee auditing procedures and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain security controls and protect facilities against risk and loss.
• Coach employees on performance, policy compliance, and ongoing training.
• Develop and manage loan and deposit portfolios; promote business and service to customers.
• Resolve customer account problems and ensure high service standards.
