Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy banking center. You will drive branch growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supervising staff and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and implementing business plans; leading lending processes and community outreach; and ensuring policy compliance and excellent CSP scores. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years banking experience with consumer/Residential lending knowledge.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coach staff effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to handle compliance training.
• Bachelor or higher degree is preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch growth, profitability, and operations.
• Hire, onboard, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance.
• Develop and maintain the branch business plan and goals.
• Drive business development and sales programs to meet targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure CSP scores excellence.
• Oversee lending activities and ensure policy compliance.
