Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related banking experience and/or training; one year of supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of branch operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage front line staff members in teller operations and duties; assign duties and monitor performance.
• Operate a teller terminal; wait on customers, perform transactions, answer questions, resolve complaints.
• Monitor and report branch security issues; maintain security systems, camera angles, and procedures.
• Schedule Tellers to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Maintain cashbooks, audit logs, compliance documents, manuals and logs.
• Authorize transactions outside guidelines; provide direction to staff.
• Implement policies from Operations Manager; train staff and monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with Market Manager to achieve branch sales goals; log and monitor referrals.
• Conduct group meetings; ensure annual training for employees; mentor staff; manage performance actions.
