Worldpac, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to direct the branch, coordinate resources, and evaluate performance. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and safety procedures while maintaining a service-oriented culture for customers and employees.

The role emphasizes leadership in operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership in a warehouse-related field.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Must meet state driver's license requirements for driving a company vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training team members; performance appraisals and discipline.
• Communicates with Regional Operations Manager and HR as needed.
• Instills a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct.
• Prepares and submits annual operational budget and uses resources efficiently.
• Plans personnel safety and enforces safety procedures.
• Coordinates with customers and Branch management to improve services.
• Operates vehicle for delivery or pickup of merchandise as needed.
