Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work with the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager. You will help with staffing, training, and ensuring efficient dispatch and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with at least 6 months in a warehouse role and the ability to obtain powered equipment certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to open/close warehouse, Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet MVR requirements.
• Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.
• Reading/writing English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Support managers with staffing, training, and budgeting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and records kept.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and delivery/pickup activities.
• Mentor team members and promote a customer-service mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
