Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Pleasant Grove location to lead daily branch operations and develop staff under the Branch Manager. You will drive member service excellence, coaching, and performance to meet strategic goals.

This role emphasizes compliance, staff engagement, and targeted sales results in a dynamic credit union environment. You will mentor employees, manage scheduling and training, and actively contribute to a positive service

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of financial institution experience and at least 1 year in leadership responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash operations, security and management.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft applications; able to use office automation software.
• Must complete MLO registration within 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and lead the team with the Branch Manager.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Track sales and budget; work to meet branch goals per the Strategic Plan.
• Ensure service levels, branch coverage and escalated member issues are resolved.
• Oversight of branch compliance and scheduling to optimize resources.
