Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or six months of teller/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Efficiency by overseeing daily operations with the Banking Center Manager.
• Provide leadership to tellers, including scheduling, approving transactions, and coaching staff.
• Drive sales and service by introducing clients to products, cross-selling, and generating leads.
• Engage clients with exceptional service and financial solutions tailored to needs.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and banking regulations.
• Train and develop staff through performance discussions and policy updates.
• Process teller and platform transactions including check cashing and account openings.
• Guide branch operations to ensure smooth daily tasks and efficiency.
