United Rentals, Inc. in Statesboro, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity.

You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, performance metrics, and Rental Flow efficiency while providing world-class sales and customer service support. Responsibilities include supporting the Branch Manager to meet financial objectives, coaching staff, driving branch metrics, processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Support sales and customer service including processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Maximize operational effectiveness by ensuring staff are trained and compliant with Rental Flow Process; monitor costs.
• May handle day-to-day operations such as opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel and promote safety and accountability.
