The hybrid role requires one day in the office at a specified IOA branch and involves leading operations, budgeting, performance tracking, HR processes, and serving as an Account Manager for an assigned book of business.

You will drive strategic plans, manage an operations team, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with regional leaders to grow service quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty licensing.
• Excellent account management skills with 50% of time spent on a book of business.
• Strong communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage the operations team.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans and budget adherence.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding, and merger/acquisition evaluation.
• Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Promote IOA culture and leadership development.
• Monitor performance data and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and sales leadership.
