• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and help them understand self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.

Formation

High school diploma or GED
