The role emphasizes hiring, developing, and empowering a high-performance team and driving annual business plans with regional management. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of leadership and sales experience in construction rental or a related field, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• 3-5 years leadership/sales experience in construction rental or similar industry.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
• Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel for timely service repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations including service & maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and employee-related items.
• Prepare yearly business plans with the District and Regional Management Teams forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization.
• Maintain standards for facility, equipment, and delivery fleet; ensure safety and compliance.
