Southeast Handling Systems (SHS) is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all branch profit centers, including sales, service, parts, and rental. This role is responsible for maximizing profitability while delivering exceptional customer service, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all branch departments
• Drive profitability by managing expenses and improving efficiency
• Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Interview, hire, train, and develop associates
• Plan, assign, and direct work across departments
• Appraise performance and address performance issues
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and related management experience
