BRIDGESTONE HOSEPOWER LLC in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to support daily branch functions, including administration, distribution and sales coordination.

You will be the main contact for the Operations Team and work with production, sales and customers to meet ship dates and order needs. Proficiency with MS Office and strong multi-tasking skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or 3-5 years’ experience in Industrial Hose industry.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with industrial distribution, fluids components preferred.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people.

Responsabilidades

• Support overall branch operations, administration, distribution and sales.
• Serve as point of contact for HosePower Regional Outside Sales team for quotes, bids and order entry.
• Communicate with production, sales and customers about ship dates and orders.
• Schedule production, expedite late shipments, source where needed, update systems for status.
• Support branch manager directives when manager is off-site.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

3-5 years’ experience in Industrial Hose industry
