Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower LLC is seeking an OEM Admin Assistant for the Orange Park, FL warehouse. The role serves as the central liaison between the Tech Center, OEM Manager, and supporting departments, reviewing OEM orders for accuracy and preparing documentation before release to production.

You will support inventory accuracy, order prioritization, and on-time delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams and using Excel, Word, TWL, and other systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review OEM orders for accuracy and required details.
• Coordinate with departments for status updates and questions.
• Prioritize orders by shipment deadlines and production timing.
• Prepare paperwork, tags, labels, and other order documentation.
• Support inventory and timely movement of products through production.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
