Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking an OEM Admin Assistant to coordinate OEM orders between the Tech Center, OEM Manager, and supporting teams. You will review orders for accuracy, confirm requirements, and prepare all necessary paperwork before release to production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming OEM orders for accuracy and customer requirements before release to production.
• Serve as the main communication point between departments for order questions and status updates.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on product shortages and provide need-by dates at least two days before shipment.
• Prioritize orders based on deadlines and production timing.
• Assist the OEM Manager with assigning orders to OEM teammates.
• Create, receive, and process work orders in TWL.
• Prepare required paperwork, tags, labels, and order documentation.
• Perform stock movements in TWL as needed.
• Pull materials for orders and support production movement.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized OEM receiving/production area.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
• Follow all safety standards and regulations.
