Avid Health at Home seeks a Home Care Supervising RN to oversee clinical operations in the North Carolina region. The role ensures high-quality in-home nursing care, oversees RNs and HHAs, and drives care plans aligned with physician orders. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential for success.

You will supervise field staff, coordinate care, train team members, and build referral partnerships while maintaining patient-focused service delivery and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program with ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the applicable state and ongoing licensure compliance.
• Travel required for business purposes.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience is required.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field nursing staff and home health aides to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee case management per physician orders.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff on clinical practices and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and regulatory adherence.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture referral relationships.
• Participate in program initiatives, quality improvement, and performance metrics.
