Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to lead branch operations and the logistics of delivering home medical equipment and services. You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to improve patient services.

The role requires overseeing inventory, staff development, and process improvements, with on-call responsibilities as needed. Strong compliance and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience in HME or related health care leadership roles.
• Experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and lead logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and accreditation requirements.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and purchasing per restocking protocols.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources; communicate patient status and changes.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
