Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience in HME or healthcare operations.
• Experience with healthcare, insurance customer services, and billing is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, providing leadership and coordination of services.
• Manage logistics team to route orders timely and cost-effectively.
• Control inventory and place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Address service concerns and improve patient experience.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff; establish annual department goals.
