Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations of the Harrisburg branch, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality home care services in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the role includes staff recruitment and development, P&L responsibility, program development, and ongoing performance measurement to drive client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-skilled home health care administration or operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer all services and office operations within the services areas.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, selection, and training for all field and administrative staff.
• Supervise and direct services and staff.
• P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Coordinate timesheets and payroll entry forms for submission to Payroll.
• Perform monthly service calls to clients to ensure caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
