• Monitors and oversees the various departments within the agency.
• Maintain compliance with all state and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze and identify trends via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Review assessments and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Direct Care Worker annual education and TB screenings.
