You will supervise inside sales and the warehouse, drive process improvements, coordinate inventory and reports, and lead customer service initiatives while upholding our mission and values of respect, service, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced manager and supervisor with ability to motivate subordinates.
• High integrity and energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with building products as salesperson or in senior warehouse roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills -- the ability to work one-on-one with customers and resolve sensitive business-related issues.
• Strong computer knowledge and professional telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to go the extra mile in a sales/retail oriented role.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day branch operations under the direction of the branch manager.
• Assists branch manager with P&L management and profitability.
• Supervises the inside sales staff and the warehouse manager.
• Leads customer service initiatives and resolves issues.
• Searches for ways to improve branch operations and sales.
• Monitors branch operations including warehouse processes, inventory, fleet, payroll, deposits, cycle counts, and daily reports.
• Works alongside the warehouse manager and associates.
• Uses Lansing's inventory network tying all branches together.
• Responsible for branch staffing.
• Performs duties necessary to complete tasks while following mission.
