Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products, a Wilsonville, Oregon branch, seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations, grow the business, and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee inventory, shipping, and a performance-driven team reporting to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, sales alignment, coaching, and maintaining high service standards. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of distribution or manufacturing management experience.
• Documented management and sales profile.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-accountability culture.
• Experience with B2B branded and generic products.
• Proven transition from high sales performance to coaching/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and increase sales and profitability of the distribution center.
• Understand P&L and take full responsibility.
• Optimize Inside and Outside Sales to maximize sales and gross margin per employee.
• Manage distribution center operating costs to minimize expenses per employee.
• Coach and develop personnel to meet Rugby's mission of 'best place to work'.
• Manage Rugby safety policy.
• Oversee inventory and accounts receivable to target turns and shrinkage.
• Represent Rugby to partners with professional standards and aim for 'Best Customer' status.
