Job summary

DPR Construction’s OES Equipment division seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to guide daily branch operations, inventory control, and purchasing activities in support of reliable service and sustained financial performance.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and timely issue resolution, while maintaining safety and policy compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted.
• 2–4 years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch leadership by guiding daily operations and workflow to ensure reliable service and continuity.
• Coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships and accurate invoicing.
• Monitors inventory and asset management, purchasing, rental and sales documentation for compliance and data accuracy.
• Reviews reports to support branch financial performance and pricing accuracy, using insights to improve efficiency.
• Ensures safety, security, and company policy compliance in a clean, organized work environment.
