Responsibilities

• Own the overall operational and financial performance of the Fresno branch, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees while fostering a positive, accountable, safety-focused culture.
• Collaborate with branch supervisors to ensure daily work and customer commitments are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience through field observations and quality checks.
