Job summary

Ace Outdoor Services is seeking a Branch Manager to drive the success of a single branch. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, maintain fleet and equipment readiness, and ensure operations align with financial goals.

You will own branch revenue, margin, scheduling, and KPI performance while developing leaders and upholding Ace's core values. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires decisive, calm leadership under pressure.

• Oversee branch revenue, margin, labor, and profitability.
• Review branch KPIs and budget performance.
