Job summary

PointBank in Frisco is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, staff development, and customer service excellence. You will drive sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage cash processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, implementing bank policies, and maintaining strong community relations while achieving branch goals and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff to meet sales, cross-sell and referral goals and document activity in CRM.
• Perform teller and new account duties per bank policies.
• Open, close, service and support all banking products and accounts.
• Maintain cash levels, balance branch cash, and coordinate with Fed for cash needs.
• Educate customers on security and fraud awareness; reinforce phishing and scam prevention.
• Balance vaults and conduct branch audits as required.
• Order supplies and maintain branch appearance; report maintenance needs.
• Represent PointBank positively in the community and participate in required trainings.
